Color coding for self-temperature compensation
Generally, TML strain gauges are self-temperature compensated for various test specimens with a specific thermal expansion coefficient. The F, CF and WF gauge series are color coded as indicated below. The temperature compensation is specified by adding the suffix -11, -17 or -23 to the basic gauge name.
