It is able to cut any kind of three-dimensional figures out of expanded foam, such as e.g.: - Polystyrene, - Styrodur, - EPP, - Depron etc. The high durability of the moving machine parts paired with thought through design and competitive price make the CNC-Styrocut 3D pro the amateur and semi-professional users first choice. During development great attention was paid to the stability and quality of the product. The solid steel shafts in conjunction with the bearings and powder coated metal parts, made from QS steel, ensure precise cutting as well as the machines longevity. CNC's machine is manufactured in Germany and therefore carries the seal "made in Germany". The product comes with a 5-year manufacturers warranty on all internal mechanics and a 2-year warranty on all electrical components and the stepper motors. CNC Styrocut 3D pro is currently the only commercially available PC operated CNC foam-cutting machine on the market able to be convert into a milling machine. The optional conversion set allows the user to transform the CNC Styrocut 3D pro into either one of the following in only a few minutes - CNC-milling machine, - CNC-drill plotter, - CNC-pcb plotter, - CNC-foil plotter, - CNC-pen plotter. It allows the user to cut any kind of three-dimensional figures out of Aluminium, Brass, Copper, Plastic, Wood, Carbon fibre, etc. Application - Werbe technik (milling, engraving, cutting) - Relief technic (coins, medallions, die stamp), - Gravure technic (door signs, cup), - Industry gravure (identification plates, label, alert plates), - Electronics (PCB milling, front panels, switchboard engraving), - modelmaking (architecture, hobby), - fine mechanics, - jewelery engravings (rings), etc. Mechanics During development great attention was paid to the stability and quality. - solid steal or stainless steel shafts, - hard-wearing teflon coated slide bearings made by IgusŪ, - powder coated metal parts, made from QS steel, - ACME threads on all axes, - ACME nuts made out of brass, - all screws, nuts and washers are stainless steal. The machine is manufactured in Germany and therefore carries the seal "made in Germany". The open construction of the CNC milling machine 3D pro allows the user to cut out shapes of any length. The only limitation applies to the width of the material to be cut due to the dimensions of the machine. In addition to the above it is also possibly to extend the length and width of the CNC milling machine 3D pro by attaching larger steel shafts from our steel shaft sets. This modification only takes a few minutes and is very easy.
